Working with Tara to buy our first home in Dawson Creek was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions, but Tara was available 24/7 to guide us through every step. Her communication, responsiveness, and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent in Dawson Creek, I highly recommend Tara

We had an excellent experience with Tara as first time home buyers in Dawson Creek BC! We appreciated her honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for us. We had a limited budget, but we were still able to purchase our dream home. I highly recommend Tara if you're seeking a realtor with excellent communication skills and the ability to make one of the biggest life decisions such as purchasing a home, as seamless as possible. Thank you Tara

Tara is amazing! When we went through her, we had a lot of questions as first time home buyers and she answered them all! We looked at lots of houses in pouce coupe and Dawson creek, she was always eager to meet with us and show us the next one if the house didn’t feel right, no pressure to get something that wasn’t the one. She gives her honest opinions, if she felt a home was unsafe or had too many issues she would tell us. If we move again we will use Tara and we recommend her to all our friends and family trying to buy! She is so kind and has a great sense of humor, buying a house through her was like shopping with a friend! 💕

Tara went above and beyond for us during our search for a new home! We felt like she was on our side and was looking out for our best interest throughout the process. She worked until we had reached a great deal on our dream acreage. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. Highly recommend getting in touch with Tara if you’re buying or selling in Dawson Creek and area.

Tara is just an absolutely wonderful person and realtor. She listed my first home for sale & it was sold at full ask within 24 hrs. I was very impressed! When there is any issue she’ll come to you with the problem and a proposed solution, being very proactive and making things much easier to work through. She knows the Dawson Creek and area market very well to help advise on strategic matters too, such as whether to accept an offer or not, whether to do more viewings or not. In my experience she was able to advise accurately on how to respond to viewing and offers, which led to the best outcome for me. Great work Tara and I would definitely use her services again in the future.

Tara was and is a great realtor within the Dawson Creek community. Years ago when we bought our first real home we asked her to give us some tips on what kind of things would help us get the best return (renovation wise) for when we were ready to upgrade to our forever home. She came in, assessed and gave us the tips.

Over the course of 10 years we slowly upgraded our home and when we were ready to put it on the market to sell we called Tara.

She listed our house with beautiful top of the line photos and then we began the search for our new forever home.

We told her what we were looking for, drove all over the countryside many evenings looking at acreages within the peace region. She was not afraid to give us her opinion on the house or its condition or anything else she knew about it. Her knowledge was something we appreciated from day one. We ended up finding our forever home with Tara’s help and selling our other property within just a few months. The legal process was smooth and stress free and she was always a call away if we had questions and ready to calm my nerves throughout the process.

Excellent service and excellent person all around! Thank you Tara for helping us find our forever home ❤️
